Chief Pharmacist - Compounding Pharmacy

• Lead and oversee daily pharmacy and compounding operations, ensuring compliance with DHA and UAE healthcare regulations.
• Supervise sterile and non-sterile compounding processes, including preparation, quality control, storage, and dispensing.
• Ensure all compounded medications are prepared accurately according to prescriptions and established protocols.
• Maintain high standards of pharmaceutical quality, safety, hygiene, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including training, performance monitoring, and workflow management.
• Coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers, and other professionals regarding customized medication requirements.
• Monitor inventory, pharmaceutical ingredients, equipment, and controlled processes.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, quality assurance procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle inspections, audits, documentation, and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Valid DHA Pharmacist License/Eligibility is mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE pharmacy experience.
• Previous experience in compounding pharmacy is highly preferred/required.
• Strong knowledge of sterile and non-sterile compounding practices.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, quality control, regulatory compliance, and team management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
