电子信息材料是上海新材料研究院重点布局方向，聚焦半导体光刻胶、电子封装与绝缘材料、柔性显示与智能传感材料等核心领域，助力我国人工智能、半导体、新能源汽车、5G/6G 等尖端产业发展。本岗位将引领电子信息材料领域的技术研发与国产化突破，依托集团上游石化资源优势，打造高附加值电子信息材料的自主研发能力，推动技术落地与产业应用，实现石油化工与电子信息产业的跨界融合，保障我国关键产业材料供应自主可控。

Electronic Information Materials represent a key strategic direction for the company, focusing on core areas such as semiconductor photoresists, electronic packaging and insulating materials, flexible display and smart sensing materials. This initiative supports the development of cutting-edge industries in China, including artificial intelligence, semiconductors, new energy vehicles, and 5G/6G communications. In this role, you will lead technological R&D and breakthroughs in localization within the field of electronic information materials. Leveraging the Group's upstream petrochemical resources and advantages, you will build independent R&D capabilities for high-value-added electronic information materials, promote technology implementation and industrial application, enable cross-industry integration between the petrochemical and electronics information sectors, and ensure independent, controllable supply of critical industrial materials for China.

主要职责 Primary Responsibilities

1. 规划制定上海院在电子信息材料领域的技术攻关方向、科研项目布局，重点突破光刻胶、电子封装材料、柔性显示材料等技术。Plan and define the technical R&D focus and scientific project portfolio for the company in the field of electronic information materials, with emphasis on breakthroughs in critical technologies such as photoresists, electronic packaging materials, and flexible display materials.
2. 负责电子信息材料领域科研基础能力建设，搭建半导体材料、显示材料、封装材料等小试、中试研究平台，完善高端电子材料的测试与验证体系。Oversee the development of foundational R&D capabilities in electronic information materials. Establish pilot-scale and pilot plant testing platforms for semiconductor materials, display materials, packaging materials, and others, and improve the testing and validation system for high-end electronic materials.
3. 管理电子信息材料部门科研项目的立项、全流程研发及产业化落地，推动光刻胶、高性能电子封装、柔性显示等材料研发与市场应用。Manage the project initiation, full-cycle R&D, and industrial implementation of R&D projects within the electronic information materials department. Drive the R&D and market application of materials such as photoresists, high-performance electronic packaging, and flexible displays.
4. 组建并培养专业研发团队，建立合理的人才发展梯队，提升团队在电子信息材料合成、配方优化、工艺开发等方面的专业能力。Build and cultivate a professional R&D team, establish a structured talent development pipeline, and enhance the team's expertise in areas such as synthesis, formulation optimization, and process development for electronic information materials.
5. 依托上海区位优势，协同长三角半导体及电子产业集群资源，推动创新材料的应用验证与客户端产品植入，开展产学研用深度合作。Leveraging Shanghai's locational advantages, collaborate with resources from the semiconductor and electronics industry clusters in the Yangtze River Delta region. Promote the application validation and client-side integration of innovative materials, and foster in-depth industry-academia-research-application collaboration.

任职资格与技能要求 Qualifications and Skill Requirements

1. 博士学历，材料科学与工程、微电子材料、高分子材料、精细化工、光电材料等相关专业背景，15 年以上电子信息材料研发及产业化相关工作经验。Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, Microelectronics Materials, Polymer Materials, Fine Chemicals, Optoelectronic Materials, or a related field, with 15+ years of R&D and industrialization experience in electronic information materials.
2. 在半导体光刻胶、电子封装与绝缘材料、柔性显示与智能传感材料等领域拥有丰富的合成及产业化经验，精通高端电子材料的研发、配方及工艺优化，对 DUV/EUV 光刻胶、聚酰亚胺膜、量子点材料等有深入研究，具备深厚的学术造诣和敏锐的市场洞察力。Extensive synthesis and industrialization experience in areas such as semiconductor photoresists, electronic packaging and insulating materials, and flexible display and smart sensing materials. Proficient in the R&D, formulation, and process optimization of high-end electronic materials, with in-depth research experience in DUV/EUV photoresists, polyimide films, quantum dot materials, etc. Possesses strong academic expertise and keen market insight.
3. 具备极强的团队领导能力和大型电子信息材料项目管理经验，熟悉电子信息材料新产品研发全流程，有带领团队完成国产化高端电子材料研发及产业化的成功案例。Demonstrated strong team leadership and experience in managing large-scale electronic information material projects. Familiar with the full-cycle R&D process for new electronic information materials, with a proven track record of leading teams to complete the R&D and industrialization of high-end electronic materials through localization.
4. 拥有出色的跨行业沟通协调能力、资源整合能力和高效的执行力，能够推动石油化工与电子信息产业的跨界协同创新。Excellent cross-industry communication and coordination skills, resource integration capabilities, and efficient execution ability, with the capacity to drive cross-sector collaborative innovation between the petrochemical and electronics information industries.
5. 熟悉全球电子信息材料领域的技术发展趋势与国内产业政策，了解半导体、显示、新能源汽车等下游行业的材料需求，具备前瞻性的技术布局和国产化突破能力。Familiar with global technology trends and domestic industrial policies in the field of electronic information materials. Understands the material demands of downstream industries such as semiconductors, displays, and new energy vehicles. Possesses forward-looking technological planning capabilities and the ability to achieve breakthroughs in localization.
