面向国家重大战略需求与中国石油合成橡胶业务转型升级和高质量发展要求，主导弹性体项目部发展方向，负责构建从高性能弹性体结构设计及合成方法学的前沿基础研究，到关键技术攻关与工程化放大，以及弹性体及其复合材料开发与市场应用的完整创新链。以市场需求为引领，以开拓研发方向和装备建设为抓手，以高性能弹性体成套技术与产品开发为核心，赋能中石油炼化企业开拓更高价值领域，将部门打造成为高性能弹性体材料创新高地。

In response to major national strategic needs and the requirements for the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of CNPC's synthetic rubber business, this role will lead the strategic direction of the High-Performance Elastomer Department. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing a complete innovation chain, spanning from cutting-edge fundamental research on the structural design and synthetic methodology of high-performance elastomers, to key technology breakthroughs and engineering scale-up, as well as the development and market application of elastomers and their composites. Guided by market demand and driven by pioneering R&D directions and facility development, with a core focus on developing integrated technologies and products for high-performance elastomers, the role aims to empower CNPC's refining and chemical enterprises to expand into higher-value sectors. The overarching goal is to establish the department as a leading innovation hub for high-performance elastomer materials.

主要职责Primary Responsibilities

• 负责制定高性能弹性体材料领域攻关方向 Define the strategic R&D focus and key technology priorities in the field of high-performance elastomer materials.
• 主持高性能弹性体材料领域重大项目的立项、研究及产业化 Lead the initiation, execution, and industrialization of major projects related to high-performance elastomer materials.
• 负责弹性体材料开发、市场推广与技术服务 Oversee the development, market promotion, and technical services for elastomer materials.
• 负责弹性体材料领域人才队伍和研究平台建设 Manage the talent development and research platform establishment in the elastomer materials field.

任职资格与技能要求 Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• 博士学历，化学，化工、高分子材料等相关专业，15年以上相关工作经验 Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, or a related field, with over 15 years of relevant work experience.
• 在高端合成橡胶领域有深厚的学术造诣和工业化背景，有实际的研发到商业化落地的项目经验 Possesses profound academic expertise and an industrial background in the field of high-end synthetic rubber, with hands-on experience in project execution from R&D to commercial deployment.
• 对弹性体材料的技术研发和产品应用具有深刻理解，和行业内的专家及团队有密切联系，对于行业内的技术发展有敏锐的洞察力 Has a deep understanding of the technological R&D and product application of elastomer materials, maintains close connections with industry experts and teams, and demonstrates keen insight into the sector's technological advancements.
• 具备前瞻性战略规划能力，能结合中石油和上海院的中长期发展规划，布局弹性体材料的研发方向及相应的产业链；确保上海院弹性体材料的研发和创新平台处于领先地位 Demonstrates forward-looking strategic planning capabilities, enabling alignment with the medium- to long-term development plans of CNPC and the Shanghai Research Institute to define the R&D direction and corresponding industry chain for elastomer materials; ensures the leading position of the Shanghai Research Institute's R&D and innovation platform in elastomer materials.
