职位概述 Position Overview

工艺与工程部是上海院连接实验室技术开发与工程化、商业化的技术平台，全面参与各项目部的研发项目，承担前期实验室技术的中试放大、工艺包设计及技术商业化工作。该职位全面负责上海院工艺与工程部的管理和运行。

The Process and Engineering (P&E) Department serves as the technical platform at SAMRI that bridges laboratory technology development with engineering and commercialization. It is fully involved in the R&D projects of various project departments, undertaking pilot-scale testing of early-stage laboratory technologies, process package design, and technology commercialization. This position is responsible for overseeing the management and operation of the P&E department.

主要职责 Primary Responsibilities

• 部门的专业建设、人才管理、资源调配以及日常项目执行指导 Lead professional development, talent management, resource allocation, and provide daily guidance on project execution within the department
• 领导部门参与各项目部的技术放大与工程化工作，为小试技术提供工艺设计、设备选型、系统优化、工艺安全评估等技术支持 Lead the department’s participation in technical scale-up and engineering for various project teams, providing technical support including process design, equipment selection, system optimization, and process safety evaluation for lab-scale technologies
• 开拓并维护与相关设计院、工程公司、产业单位的关系。对接相关单位完成工艺包的开发，并在过程中把握技术know-how，控制质量与进度 Develop and maintain relationships with relevant design institutes, engineering firms, and industrial partners. Coordinate with these entities to complete process package development while safeguarding proprietary know-how and controlling quality and schedule
• 为各项目组的小试开发提供前瞻性的技术建议，并提前布局相关的设备放大以及中试、生产规模的工艺、设备、自控技术开发工作 Provide forward-looking technical advice for lab-scale development across project teams, and proactively plan for equipment scale-up as well as the development of pilot and production-scale processes, equipment, and automation technologies

任职资格与技能要求 Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• 化工、材料、高分子及其相关专业博士学位15+年或硕士学位20+年研发、设计、生产的相关经验 Ph.D. with 15+ years or Master’s degree with 20+ years of experience in R&D, design, or production within chemical engineering, materials science, polymer science, or related fields
• 具有管理20人以上的研发或工程团队的经验 Proven experience in managing R&D or engineering teams of 20 or more members
• 在高分子材料、有机合成等领域具有实验室小试、中试、商业化工艺包开发及交付的全流程技术开发经验 Comprehensive hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of technology development—from lab-scale and pilot-scale trials to commercial process package development and delivery—specifically in polymers, organic synthesis, or related sectors
• 熟悉各类化工单元操作、反应器设计与放大、工艺系统工程、过程自动化和仪表 Profound knowledge of chemical unit operations, reactor design and scale-up, process systems engineering, and process automation & instrumentation
• 对设备造价敏感，能够快速估算装置的投资并进而进行技术经济性评估 Strong sensitivity to capital expenditure; capable of rapidly estimating plant investment costs and conducting techno-economic evaluations
• 熟悉工艺开发中的各类安全要求和规范 Thorough familiarity with safety requirements and regulatory standards governing process development
• 有与设计院、EPC、工程业主合作的丰富经验 Extensive collaboration experience with design institutes, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors, and plant owners/operators
• 流利的英语读、写、听、说 Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)

以下资历将优先考虑 The following qualifications will be considered a plus

• 以负责人身份，完整完成一个新技术的实验室小试、中试，交付工艺包并成功实现技术商业化的经验 Track record of leading a new technology through its entire lifecycle—from lab-scale R&D and pilot testing to final process package delivery and successful commercialization
• 有工厂生产、指导开车、或生产装置技术改造的经验 Hands-on experience in plant operations, start-up supervision, or technical revamping of production facilities
• 对生产工艺参数与材料性能之间的关系有深刻理解 Deep understanding of the correlation between process parameters and material properties/performance
• 同时具备技术研发和工程设计经验 Dual expertise in both technology R&D and engineering design
• 有领导跨部门、跨专业合作项目的经验 Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional and multi-disciplinary collaborative projects
