NOW HIRING: CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER (CSO)

Location: AEON TOWERS, J.P. Laurel Avenue, Bajada, Davao City
Work Arrangement: On-site

We are looking for a highly responsible, experienced, and strategic Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and oversee the organization's security operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of employees, clients, visitors, company assets, and facilities through effective security management, risk assessment, and emergency preparedness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
• With substantial experience in security operations and personnel management; supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• With experience in security planning, risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response.
• Knowledgeable in security protocols, safety regulations, and applicable Philippine laws.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing abilities.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
• Experience in healthcare facilities, corporate security, or large establishments is an advantage.
• Relevant security certifications or licenses, where applicable, are preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate security policies, procedures, and operational plans.
• Oversee daily security operations and supervise security personnel.
• Conduct security risk assessments and implement measures to prevent theft, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, visitors, company property, and facilities.
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control procedures, and security equipment.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare comprehensive security reports.
• Develop and implement emergency response, disaster preparedness, and crisis management plans.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other relevant authorities when necessary.
• Conduct security audits, inspections, and personnel training.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company security standards.
