Job Title: Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and disciplined Chief Security Officer to oversee security operations, protect company assets, and ensure the safety of staff, guests, and visitors. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage security personnel effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all security personnel.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Monitor access control, surveillance systems, and security patrols.
• Ensure the safety of staff, guests, visitors, and company property.
• Conduct security risk assessments and identify potential threats.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Organize security briefings, training, and staff duty schedules.
• Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Ensure proper visitor registration and enforcement of access restrictions.
• Monitor compliance with established security standards.
• Recommend improvements to security systems and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security supervision or management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to assess risks and respond effectively to emergencies.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and confidentiality.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Good report-writing and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant security management training or certification.
• Experience in hotels, hospitality, corporate establishments, or similar environments.
• First aid and emergency response training is an advantage.
