Recommended screening keywords: Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruitment, Power Sector, Renewable Energy, Engineering Recruitment, EPC, Naukri.com, Leadership Hiring, HR Management.

One recommendation: Prioritise candidates who have recruited engineers and senior technical professionals in the power and renewable energy sectors, rather than candidates whose experience is limited to general corporate or IT recruitment. This will better align the position with CECL’s specialist consultancy requirements.
