Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding operations specifically for the Park area, supporting various F&B outlets and operational areas within Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, and other F&B equipment used within the Park are properly cleaned, sanitized, stored, and maintained.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen, washing, storage, and F&B operational areas within the Park.
• Organize daily tasks, work schedules, and manpower allocation for the Stewarding team assigned to the Park.
• Ensure sufficient availability of clean equipment and utensils to support smooth F&B operations throughout the Park.
• Monitor the proper use of cleaning chemicals, sanitation supplies, and stewarding equipment.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B, Engineering, and other departments to support daily Park operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Supervise, train, and guide Stewarding staff to maintain cleanliness and operational standards.
• Monitor inventory, equipment condition, breakage, and usage of stewarding supplies.
• Prepare operational checklists, inventory records, cleaning schedules, and other required reports.
• Handle operational issues within the Park's stewarding area and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Ensure the Stewarding team maintains discipline, cleanliness, and professional working standards.
• Perform other stewarding-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Stewarding, preferably as a Chief Steward or Stewarding Supervisor.

• Experience in large-scale F&B, hotel, resort, theme park, or high-volume hospitality operations is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, cleaning procedures, and food safety standards.

• Experienced in supervising and coordinating a team.

• Familiar with kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and inventory control.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a large outdoor tourism environment with high guest volume, particularly during weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in an active Park environment.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and peak-season periods.

• Willing to be placed specifically in the Park area of Taman Safari Indonesia Bogor, Cisarua.
