Chief Technical Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the complete technical department, including Solar EPC, BESS Projects, and O&M operations.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning and engineering to installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage solar plant and BESS O&M to ensure performance, reliability, safety, and cost optimization.
• Lead technical planning, project budgeting, resource allocation, quality control, and risk management.
• Drive BESS technology development and support the establishment of the company's BESS assembly and manufacturing line.
• Establish technical SOPs, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.
• Build and lead technical teams, ensuring accountability and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with the Director and other departments on technical strategy, business growth, and operational performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15 to 20 years of experience in Solar EPC, renewable energy, power systems, or related sectors.
• Proven experience in senior technical leadership and managing large technical teams.
• Strong expertise in solar project execution and O&M operations.
• Practical exposure to BESS projects, including system integration, installation, or commissioning.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, grid integration, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and project management skills.
