We're supporting a leading rotary aviation operator in the search for a Chief Technician to oversee their Wolverhampton maintenance base. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced UK CAA B1.3 or B2 Licensed Engineer looking to step into a key leadership role within a busy Part-145

environment.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Leading and mentoring the engineering team

✅ Managing day-to-day maintenance operations and aircraft availability

✅ Ensuring regulatory compliance and high engineering standards

✅ Coordinating with Operations and the Head of Maintenance

✅ Overseeing tooling, spares, fuel assets, and facility management

✅ Driving safety, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

✔ CAA B1.3 or B2 License

✔ Strong rotary-wing maintenance experience

✔ Leadership or supervisory experience

✔ Excellent understanding of Part-145 operations and compliance

Location & Hours

📍 Wolverhampton

🕒 Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 . Due to operational requirements, flexibility will be required, including occasional weekend work. Any hours worked beyond 35 hours per week are accrued as Time Off in Lieu (TOIL).
