🎯 What you'll be doing:

• Owning the technology vision, architecture and engineering roadmap across markets
• Building and scaling a high-performing engineering organisation as the company grows
• Leading the development of a robust, secure and scalable consumer platform (web & mobile)
• Partnering with Product, Data and leadership to translate business goals into technical strategy
• Driving engineering best practices, delivery velocity and technical excellence
• Making build-vs-buy decisions and owning the technology stack and infrastructure
• Championing a culture of ownership, quality and data-driven decision making
