The company works closely with leading brands to manage end-to-end services, including product listing and catalog management, stock planning, accounts reconciliation, and sales return management for a transformational platform as an API integration for employer brands and consumer technology service companies.

About Your Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Creating an enticing technology strategy and vision

● Design and build an e-commerce integration platform to connect with various suppliers.

● Experience in integrating API with several large enterprises in parallel, both consumption and distribution side

● E-Commerce platform experience (preferably on Magento AWS)

● Acquisitions, Liaisons, Collaborations & Mergers with Payment Gateway Systems

● Well versed in UI/UX designs, DevOps, end-to-end user research and cloud-based software development.

● Digital Payment Gateways, Partner Contracting and contract design

● Expert in Traditional & Cloud-based IT infrastructure, website designing & streamlining, global innovation & marketing

● Measure ROI for digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure that the company is investing in the appropriate tools and resources.

● Grow the company's technological capabilities to ensure they meet the company's goals

● Identify and implement technologies that give an edge to the company

● Collaborates with other departments to streamline company policies and rules by implementing new technologies.

● Support all business units by making sure technology is used profitably

● Ensure the efficiency and functionality of all systems and infrastructure

● Design and implement QA and data security processes

● Emphasized responsibility and accountability for all the IT budgets, including both tactical and strategic initiatives

● Build long-term solutions with Proprietary IP building capability.

● Assess new technology and share technological solution recommendations

● Strategic Vision: The ability to align technology initiatives with overall business goals and develop a strategic roadmap for technology implementation.

● Leadership and Management: Strong leadership skills to guide technology teams, manage projects effectively, and foster innovation within the organization.

● Technical Proficiency: In-depth technical knowledge to understand and evaluate emerging technologies, make informed decisions, and provide technical guidance to the team

● Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to collaborate with other C-level executives to integrate technology into the broader business strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
