Founding AI Tech Lead Pre-Seed Startup

A Pre-Seed AI startup is looking for a hands-on AI Tech Lead/manager to join the founding team and take a key role in building the product and technology .

The company is developing an AI platform for enterprises, designed to help organizations leverage AI to improve and automate complex business processes.

• Take ownership of the technical architecture and AI direction.
• Design, code and ship the initial product alongside the founding team.
• Build and develop LLM and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Help establish the engineering culture and development processes.
• Work closely with the founders to turn ideas into production-ready products.
• Grow into a broader technology leadership role as the company scales.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong software engineering and architecture background.
• Recent and substantial hands-on coding experience.
• Experience building and deploying LLM / Generative AI / Agentic AI applications.
• Experience with RAG, AI agents, orchestration, tool calling or AI evaluation .
• Experience taking products from concept to production.
• Strong technical ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Startup, founding engineer – a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently in a very early stage environment.
