We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer who can turn our vision into execution and transform our businesses through AI, data, and scalable platforms.

Your Mission

As CTO, you will:

• Lead the transformation of WSOL’s digital ecosystem into an AI-driven, data-intelligent platform.
• Set technology strategy and build a commercial roadmap for IT platforms that supports the Group’s business priorities and growth plans.
• Understand business P&L and use that perspective to prioritize technology investments based on their potential impact on revenue, profitability, cost efficiency, and customer value.
• Develop platform opportunities with business units, from identifying customer and operational needs through to business cases, product direction, launch, and performance review.
• Connect technical and commercial priorities, aligning architecture, product development, data, and automation with measurable business outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end technology operations, including software, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and innovation.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across engineering, data, AI, product, and commercial platform development.
• Strengthen collaboration between business and technology teams, turning customer pain points into scalable products and business opportunities.

You Are

• A technology leader with hands-on experience in system architecture, product development, and data transformation.
• Experienced in AI/ML, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and modern data pipelines.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to understand P&L, evaluate business cases, and link technology roadmaps to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Skilled at balancing technical design, product priorities, customer needs, and commercial viability.
• A builder of people and platforms, with a track record of leading cross-functional technology teams and delivering measurable results.
• Experienced in technology leadership roles such as Head of Technology, CTO, or equivalent, with at least 10–15 years of relevant experience.
