1. Nanny (2 positions) — UHNWI Family, Dubai

An ultra-high-net-worth (UHNWI) family in Dubai is looking for two experienced, caring nannies for children aged 3 to 14. You will be a trusted part of the household, supporting the children's daily routine, learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Care for children aged 3–14: daily routines, meals, hygiene and rest
• Support homework, reading and English-language learning
• Plan age-appropriate play, creative and outdoor activities
• Accompany the children to school, clubs, appointments and outings
• Keep the children's rooms, clothes and belongings organised
• Encourage good manners, independence and healthy habits
• Keep the parents informed about each child's day, wellbeing and progress
• Travel with the family when required

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 or higher); native-level English is a strong advantage
• At least 3 years of experience as a nanny or governess, ideally with a private family
• Experience with both younger children and pre-teens
• References from previous families or employers
• First aid / CPR certificate is an advantage
• Education or training in childcare, pedagogy or teaching is an advantage
• Patient, warm, responsible and discreet

What we offer

• Salary: AED 7,000–12,000 per month (up to AED 15,000 for top profiles), above standard Dubai rates; the final figure depends on English level, skills and experience
• A long-term position with a respectful, well-organised household
• Accommodation, schedule and start date are discussed at interview
