Do you love working with children and have a passion for helping them learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment? We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and organized Childcare Director to lead our well-established Christian-based childcare center in Fall Creek, WI!

About the Position

The Childcare Director will oversee the daily operations of the center, support and guide staff, maintain a safe and educational environment, and help ensure that children receive the quality care and learning experiences they deserve.

The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys building relationships with children and families, and is committed to creating a positive atmosphere where every child can learn and grow.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have an associate degree in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent credential level through The Registry.
• Must have an understanding of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and its requirements.
• Must have a genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood education.
• Must be committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, nurturing, and educational environment.
• Must have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with staff, families, and the community.
• Must support the mission and values of a Christian-based childcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the childcare center.
• Ensure children are cared for in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.
• Support educational activities that encourage children's social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cognitive development.
• Lead, support, and encourage childcare staff while promoting a positive team environment.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and maintain open communication.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable Wisconsin childcare licensing regulations and program requirements.
• Understand and help oversee CACFP meal patterns, food program documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and required documentation.
• Incorporate Christian values, compassion, respect, and kindness into the center's daily culture.
