CHILD CARE PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Duties

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of community programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Supervise staff, volunteers, and interns, providing mentorship and ensuring effective team collaboration.
• Manage program budgets, and grant applications to secure resources for ongoing initiatives.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
• Facilitate public speaking engagements at community events to promote program services and foster community trust.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols including CPR certification for staff working in health-related programs.
• Lead team meetings, training sessions, and community workshops to strengthen program delivery and community relationships.

Experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through public speaking or written content.
• Leadership qualities including team leadership, collaboration with partners, organizational skills, and grassroots outreach expertise are essential.
