Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Provider to support the development and well-being of children in our care. This role involves supervising children in a safe and nurturing environment, fostering early childhood education, and promoting positive growth experiences. The ideal candidate will be attentive, responsible, and passionate about working with young children to help them thrive both socially and academically.

Duties

• Supervise children during various activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Create a welcoming, engaging, and supportive environment for children to learn and play.
• Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote early childhood development.
• Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices.
• Observe and monitor children's behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area to ensure a safe environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and licensing regulations related to child care.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child supervision techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with children and parents.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting children's growth.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be attentive to safety procedures and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
