Child Care Teacher /Driver

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your expertise in childhood development will help guide our curriculum and support each child's individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, promoting social skills, emotional growth, and teamwork.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of all children in the program.
• Provide care for children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities to meet their unique requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of children's activities, attendance, and developmental milestones.
• Transportation to and from school.

Skills

• Experience working with children in various settings such as preschool, daycare, or babysitting.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Familiarity with special education strategies for children with disabilities.
• Strong understanding of childhood development stages and effective caregiving techniques.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively while promoting an inclusive environment.
• Experience in toddler care, ensuring their safety and developmental needs are met.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
