Pickup Buddi is looking for reliable, friendly, and responsible individuals to help families with after-school pickup and childcare. As a Pickup Buddi, you’ll be matched with families near your neighborhood and help make sure children get home safely after school.

This is a great part-time opportunity for college students and other responsible caregivers looking for consistent afternoon work that fits around their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Pick up students from school and walk them safely home
• Supervise and engage with children during pickup and after-school time
• Communicate with parents about pickups, timing, and any important updates
• Arrive on time and follow each family's pickup instructions
• Help create a safe, positive, and comfortable experience for each child
• Provide occasional homework help or light childcare when requested

Qualifications

• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Comfortable working with children
• Strong communication skills
• Able to walk throughout the neighborhood
• Babysitting, childcare, tutoring, camp, or similar experience is preferred
• Available during weekday after-school hours
