We currently have openings for:

• Nursery Apprentices

Hours:
Monday to Friday — 30 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

Experience in childcare or an educational setting is desired but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is motivated, caring and excited to learn. Full training will be provided to help you achieve your NVQ Level 2 in Childcare, completed in-house with an external assessor supporting you throughout your course.

Role Requirements

As a Nursery Apprentice, you will:

• Support the team in creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and outdoor play.
• Help plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and safeguarding at all times.
• Contribute to observations and documentation of children’s progress (with training).
• Be punctual, reliable, and committed to completing your apprenticeship programme.
• Show enthusiasm, teamwork, and a willingness to grow and develop.
