Preschool Academy is looking for a Childcare Practitioner to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the health and safety of each child in your care.
• Communicate with parents on a daily basis about their children's activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
• Communicate with parents on a daily basis about their children's needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.

Skills:

• Previous experience working in a childcare facility preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with children.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fun, compassionate and professional demeanour.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Open to feedback and able to understand problems as they occur.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay: £25,421.71-£31,021.87 per year

• Coatbridge ML5 4DZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Nursery: 1 year (required)
• Childcare: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
