About Us:
Holy Trinity Catholic Early Childhood Center is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment for children to learn and grow. We proudly serve children from 6 weeks to 10 years old and are looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Childcare Staff to work in our infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age programs. Full-time and part-time positions are available at both our West Point and Fort Madison locations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care to children ages 6 weeks–10 years
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment
• Assist with daily routines, meals, activities, and transitions
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Follow center policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Must be a team player, dependable, and willing to work
• Ability to work flexible hours as scheduled
• Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required
• Must pass background checks required by the state of Iowa
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
