Our centre has an exciting opportunity and is offering a Traineeship Full Timeor Part Time.. Upon completion of your traineeship you can continue to study your Diploma if your passionate about childcare or If you already have your certificate III wanting to study you diploma Poppys is the place for you.

OUR CENTRE HAS LOW STAFF TURNOVER DUE TO OUR SUPPORTIVE MANAGEMENT STYLE, POSITIVE WORK CULTURE AND CONTINUED TRAINING AFTER YOUR TRAINEESHIP.

You will LEARN:

• To care for children 0-5 years
• To facilitate a Learning Program based on EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework)
• Liaise with parents & enhance your Communication style
• Leadership skills to work towards becoming a Room Leader
• First Aid Training
• Child Protection & become a mandatory reporter
• OH&S Policies & Procedures
• Childcare Software & Marketing programs
