Responsibilities

• Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and creativity
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding routines, accommodating special dietary needs when necessary
• Support children with personal care tasks such as diapering, dressing, and hygiene routines
• Foster positive behavior through encouragement, guidance, and clear communication
• Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress and any concerns
• Drive children to activities or appointments when required, ensuring safe transportation practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare, nannying, teaching, or related roles that demonstrate nurturing skills
• Ability to drive safely and confidently with a valid driver’s license; experience with transporting children is a plus
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is desirable to support bilingual environments
• Strong understanding of child development principles and age-specific needs
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Flexibility to work varied hours including mornings, afternoons, or weekends as needed
• Passionate about creating a positive, engaging atmosphere that promotes learning and fun

Pay: £12.80-£15.00 per hour
