As the ETO & Program Data Support VISTA, you will build long-term organizational capacity by transforming how our Youth Division collects, manages, and utilizes data. Rather than direct service, you will design the infrastructure that drives our anti-poverty initiatives. Key activities include:

• Developing user-friendly ETO guidance, templates, and technical entry procedures.
• Mapping program workflows and standardizing data practices for complex programs.
• Creating data quality trackers, action logs, and system huddle resources.
• Researching AI productivity tools and technology to enhance efficiency.
• Documenting support roles and process maps to ensure long-term sustainability. Ideal Candidate Attributes: We seek an analytical, detail-oriented candidate with a passion for social justice and technology. Preferred skills include strong written communication, basic project management, and familiarity with databases or data entry systems. Member Duties : As an ETO & Program Data Support VISTA with Children’s Aid in New York City, you will build long-term systems capacity to help staff better serve youth and families facing economic hardship. Based in NYC, you will gain hands-on experience in tech, process improvement, and data management while advancing impactful anti-poverty initiatives. Member Activities:

• Develop user guides, templates, and procedures for the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) system.
• Map workflows and standardize practices for complex youth and school-based programs.
• Create data quality tools, action trackers, and resources for team huddles.
• Research emerging technologies, including AI productivity tools, to boost efficiency.
