Children's Ballet Instructor

Tutu School Murrieta is seeking a part-time ballet instructor! We are currently looking for teachers who have flexible availability during weekdays for substitute teaching with opportunity to fill permanent teaching shifts.

What we are looking for:

• A seasoned dancer with at least 5+ years of dance experience; emphasis in ballet preferred. Experience in theater/entertainment/performing is not required but is very helpful!
• Someone who has worked closely with children as young as 18 months old up to 8 years old and is confident in leading students and their caregivers, managing a classroom, and following a crafted curriculum. Experience preferred: babysitting, nannying, classroom aide, teacher, etc.
• An outgoing, engaging, enthusiastic, punctual, communicative, organized individual who is able to teach 3 or more classes in a shift.

Tutu School is a collection of boutique-style ballet schools that cater specifically to children 6 months to 8 years-old. Our mission is simple: We believe that exposing children at the earliest possible age to creativity, movement, and classical music will only serve them well in whatever they choose to do with their lives, that dancing like swans and Sugar Plum Fairies not only exercises little bodies but also nurtures big imaginations, and that twirling should be a fundamental part of any childhood.

At Tutu School we look for magic makers. On our team, we want hearts that never stopped twirling and minds that thrive on creativity. We are looking for teachers who love working with young children and are invested in nurturing the big dreams and minds of young dancers. We want our teachers to have a strong background in dance and entertainment, have great communication skills and be committed to our carefully crafted curriculum.

If you have a passion for working with children and spreading the magic of ballet, please submit your resume & dance experience!
