Job Title: Night Practitioner
Location: Children’s Home (Leyland)
Salary: £24,570 - £26,390 DOEQ

Working Hours: 10pm–8am (Must be awake throughout the night)
Shift Pattern: 3 shifts on 3 off (Rolling shift pattern)
Annual Leave Entitlement: 210 hours

Ofsted Outstanding Bonus: £300 per annum

Well-Being Vouchers: £50 voucher every month
Contract: Full Time / Permanent

The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Practitioner to join our team at one of our Children’s Homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and working alongside an experienced, skilled team of professionals. You will help provide essential support to young people in care with their behaviour management, keep them safe and free from harm, all while creating a positive and nurturing home environment.
