About the role

Do you have a bubbly personality, love working with children and enjoy making parties extra special?

We're looking for a fun, enthusiastic and reliable Party Host Supervisor to join our team across The Party Parlour and our brand new sister venue, The Pamper Parlour.

We specialise in creating fun, exciting and memorable parties for children, and we're looking for someone who can confidently take the lead and ensure every party runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside another party host, taking responsibility for running the party and ensuring everything is organised, on schedule and enjoyable for everyone, without supervision.

What you'll be doing

• Taking the lead in hosting and running children's parties from start to finish.
• Welcoming birthday children, their families and guests.
• Leading party games, dancing, music and fun activities.
• Hosting pamper parties and helping children enjoy their treatments and activities.
• Preparing and serving party food.
• Ensuring parties run to schedule and everyone has a fantastic experience.
• Setting up party rooms before bookings and cleaning and resetting them afterwards.
• Providing friendly, professional customer service to parents and guests.
• Taking responsibility for the smooth running of parties.
• Working alongside another party host to deliver a fantastic experience for every customer.
• Following all health, safety, food hygiene and safeguarding procedures.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

• Fun, bubbly, enthusiastic and confident.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Great with children and able to engage with different ages.
• A strong team player who works well with colleagues and is always willing to offer support when needed.
• Flexible, adaptable and happy to help wherever required across both venues.
• Confident taking the lead and making decisions independently.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage their time.
• Calm under pressure and able to resolve everyday issues sensibly.
• Friendly and professional when dealing with parents.
• Happy to get stuck in with all aspects of the role, including party setup, hosting, food preparation and cleaning.
• Happy to work across both venues.
• Available to work weekends.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and understands the importance of working together as a team to deliver fantastic parties and experiences for our customers.

Previous experience in children's parties, childcare, entertainment or a similar role would be an advantage. However, the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn are just as important.

Hours and availability

This is a part-time position, with the majority of shifts taking place on weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays, depending on party bookings.

Weekend availability is essential.
