Children's Party Host/Hostess

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and guest services, ensuring that every event is memorable and enjoyable for our guests. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of events, from planning to execution, while providing exceptional service to all attendees.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the event.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the party.
• Manage the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all decorations and equipment are in place.
• Oversee activities during the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure food and beverage service meets expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the event area throughout the duration of the party.
• Gather feedback from guests post-event to continuously improve our services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in management or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
