About the role

SuperPark is an indoor activity park where families come to play, explore and celebrate. As a Children’s Party Host, you’ll make every birthday party the highlight of a child’s year. • Guide party groups around the park’s activity areas and keep them safe
  • Set up, serve and clear party food and drinks, following food hygiene standards
  • Keep party rooms clean, tidy and ready for the next booking
  • Make sure park safety rules are followed and report any incidents or accidents
  • Support the team in other areas of the park when needed (reception, café, activity zones)
  • Make the birthday child feel special, and go the extra mile to create lasting memories

About you

  • Patient, caring and calm under pressure
  • A strong communicator who’s comfortable talking with both children and parents
  • Reliable, punctual and a good team player
  • Available at weekends and during school holidays (essential)
  • Experience in childcare, hospitality, entertainment or customer service is a bonus but not essential, as full training is provided

What we offer

  • Flexible part-time hours that fit around school, college or other commitments
