Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire

Salary: £26,437 – £29,037 per annum (including one sleep-in per week)

Hours: 40 hours per week, shift work including evenings and weekends

We're looking for people with the right attitude, compassion and willingness to learn. We'll provide full training, ongoing support and the opportunity to gain a fully funded qualification in Residential Childcare.

What will you be doing?

Every day is different! You'll be:

• Helping young people feel safe, supported and valued
• Planning fun activities, outings and positive experiences
• Supporting daily routines, including school runs, meals and homework
• Building positive relationships and being a trusted role model
• Helping young people develop confidence, independence and life skills
• Supporting young people through challenging moments with patience and understanding
