CHILLED WATER NETWORK FORMAN-DCP

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Chilled Water / Piping Foreman, preferably in District Cooling projects.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in chilled water network or infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in underground chilled water piping networks.
• Strong knowledge of CHW supply and return piping, valves, fittings, supports, valve chambers and associated works.
• Ability to read and interpret approved shop drawings, piping layouts, isometric drawings and specifications.
• Experience supervising pipe installation, jointing/welding, alignment, supports, pressure testing, flushing and commissioning.
• Knowledge of hydrostatic testing, chemical flushing and passivation is an advantage. These are relevant activities in Dubai district-cooling work.
• Able to supervise and control a workforce of approximately 20–40 workers and allocate manpower according to daily work requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with Site Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, surveyors, subcontractors and other disciplines.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, project specifications and safety requirements.
• Monitor daily progress, productivity, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Site Engineer for timely resolution.
• Good knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW, PPE and safe working practices.
• Ability to prepare or provide daily progress updates and site reports.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• English communication is required; Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
