The Agenda is looking for an experienced and reliable Chiller Operator to join our operations and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining chiller and central cooling systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor chiller systems and central cooling equipment.
• Monitor temperature, water pressure, and cooling system performance.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Identify basic technical faults and report issues to the maintenance team.
• Monitor chilled water pumps, valves, and associated piping systems.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance in accordance with approved procedures.
• Record operating readings and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Support operational requirements during events according to the work schedule.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating chillers and central air-conditioning systems.
• Good knowledge of refrigeration systems, pumps, and operating readings.
• Ability to identify technical issues and follow proper procedures.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work according to operational requirements and event schedules.
• Technical qualification or certification in HVAC and refrigeration is preferred.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

Working Conditions & Benefits:

• Full-time employment.
• 6 working days per week with 1 day off.
• Two-year employment contract.
