What they need
HVAC & CHILLER TECHNICIAN - Immediate Joiner
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, commission, service, and repair chillers (air/water-cooled, screw/centrifugal), AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, split/package units, pumps and piping
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults
* Carry out PPM under AMC/service contracts
* Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection per safety/environmental regs
* Lead and guide junior technicians on-site
* Maintain service records, PPM reports, equipment history logs
* Support site surveys on HVAC condition/capacity assessments
* Respond to breakdown/emergency callouts
Requirements:
* 8+ years HVAC/chiller experience, including 1-2 years in a lead/senior capacity
* Strong knowledge of chiller systems (Carrier, Trane, York, Daikin, or similar)
* Refrigerant handling experience; F-Gas or equivalent certification preferred
* HVAC controls/BMS knowledge a plus
* Able to read mechanical/electrical drawings, troubleshoot independently
* Valid UAE driving license is Mandatory
