Chiller Technician

• To support production in their daily operation by making sure all equipment are in good health and safe in working condition.
• To support a team in troubleshooting on any production equipment breakdown in a minimum time to reduce long downtime period.
• To execute, monitor and record weekly, monthly and yearly preventive maintenance activities for all equipment.
• Ensure all spare parts and consumable items are in good condition and to make sure stock level is well maintain and inspect stock card regularly.
• Able to communicate effectively with production team in all related issues.
• To propose improvement activity related to the section.
• To support for documents preparation in ISO 9001:2000 certified requirement & auditing.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of related work experience.
• Familiar with effective operation, maintenance and optimisation of a building's infrastructure, including its heating, ventilation and air conditioning (Chiller) systems, electrical systems and other equipment.
• Able to create and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Able to coordinate project progress.
• To plan, monitor and record weekly, monthly and yearly preventive maintenance activity for all equipment under his supervision.
• To attend machine breakdown and repair the machine base on EWR (Engineering Work Request) by production for Chiller system & building's infrastructure.
• Assist superior in establishing and maintaining all equipment, tools, supplies in stock, inventories, and logs.
• Implement with superior a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan and maintain all related records and logs.
