Chiller Technician

We are seeking an experienced Chiller Technician with specialized, hands-on experience in chiller systems within high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chiller systems to ensure reliable and efficient cooling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chiller systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in chillers.
• Monitor chiller performance and ensure optimal operating efficiency.
• Inspect and maintain chillers, pumps, cooling towers, valves, and associated equipment.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment records.
• Follow health, safety, and company maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with facility management and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chiller Technician.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in chiller maintenance and troubleshooting within high-rise residential or commercial buildings.
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, and associated equipment.
• Previous UAE facility management experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot faults independently and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.

Important: Candidates with general HVAC experience but no practical chiller maintenance experience will not be considered.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
