We’re looking for a Senior-level Startup & Commissioning Technician responsible for leading complex startups and commissioning efforts, troubleshooting critical issues, and supporting training and process improvement

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning start-up & commissioning of advanced systems
• Delivering top-tier service & maintenance to clients
• Diagnosing faults across mechanical & electrical systems
• Keeping operations running smoothly with proactive support

What you need:

• 7+ years of heavy tonnage HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical)
• Knowledge of refrigeration & hydronic systems
• A proactive, can-do attitude and confidence working independently
