Chillers Coordinator

About the Role

Join Asia Brewery as a Chillers Coordinator and take charge of our critical cooling equipment asset portfolio. In this specialized role, you'll manage the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment (ECUs/ACUs) across our Head Office and Marketing Company locations nationwide. You'll ensure our cooling assets remain in peak condition to support retail operations across both General Trade and Modern Trade channels. Key Responsibilities

Asset Deployment & Management

• Manage deployment, repairs, and disposal of cooling equipment assets across Head Office and Marketing

Company locations

• Oversee ECU (Electric Cooler Unit) and ACU (Air-Conditioning Unit) placement and lifecycle management
• Evaluate asset maturity and provide recommendations for replacement or maintenance optimization

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare comprehensive OPEX reports on ECU and ACU repair and maintenance costs
• Conduct quarterly inventory consolidated reports for all ECU and ACU assets nationwide
• Track repair history and analyze cost trends to optimize maintenance spending

Technical Support & Quality Assurance

• Provide technical support to sales operations for repair requests and asset evaluations
• Evaluate repair needs based on asset history and performance data
• Conduct on-site inspections of cooling equipment across sales offices and retail locations

Compliance & Cost Control

• Identify and inform management of irregularities found in asset audits and transfers
• Provide recommendations to improve asset management practices and procedures
• Control and monitor expenses related to cooling equipment repairs and maintenance

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in refrigeration/air-conditioning and fleet equipment management
• Willing to travel nationwide for site inspections, audits, and equipment evaluations
• Proven track record managing refrigeration or cooling equipment portfolios

Work Environment

This is a dynamic, mobile position that requires frequent travel across the Philippines to visit sales offices, marketing company locations, and retail outlets. You'll manage cooling equipment covering both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels, working with diverse teams across multiple regions. Your role bridges headquarters oversight with field operations, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving.
