China Demand Planning Manager

Main Accountabilities:

• Closely collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and production sites, and facilitate regular demand review meetings to balance material supply and demand.
• Develop material purchase plans, monitor delivery schedules, and make timely adjustments based on actual consumption and market changes.
• Maintain regular communication with production sites to understand capacity and loading, and manage planned lead times, safety stocks, and delivery schedules for all items.
• Conduct forecasting analysis to ensure processes are followed, and adjust forecasts and inventory targets based on demand and market trends.
• Confirm monthly material demand with Sales, monitor consumption, and plan adequate materials to support business growth based on identified opportunities.
• Optimize material supply by improving turnover rates, minimizing shortages, and managing slow-moving inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in business related or technical major.
• At least 4 years of working experience in related position in manufacturing company.
• Familiar with manufacturing process, good at planning acknowledge and skills.
• Have Supply Chain Management experience and concept.
• Familiar with MS Windows and MS Office software, SAP skill is preferred.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills, Cross-cultural background is preferred.
• Have a good command of listening, spoken and written English.
• Open-minded, result-oriented, proactive and good problem solving skills.
