Company Profile: European metal material manufacturing enterprise, with a China team of approximately 130+ employees.

Position Overview

As the No.1 leader of China Region, you will take full charge of the overall business development, operation management and team leadership of the company's Chinese market, fully align with the global division's strategic development goals, lead the regional team to achieve business growth, operational efficiency and market expansion targets, and build a sustainable competitive advantage for the company in the Chinese metal material market.

Core Responsibilities

1. Formulate and execute China market business strategies in alignment with global division objectives, take overall responsibility for the full-spectrum business development and integrated operational management of the China region, and lead the team to implement strategic deployment.

2. Lead end-to-end local overall operations, covering production management, supply chain optimization, quality assurance, EHS compliance and cost efficiency control, rely on robust operational management capabilities to ensure stable, efficient and high-performance operation of regional business.

3. Provide core leadership to build, develop and motivate a high-performing local management team, shape a positive and collaborative corporate culture, and drive efficient cross-functional collaboration to boost overall team performance.

4. Assume full accountability for China business full P&L management, be fully responsible for hitting revenue and profit targets, expanding market share, and managing core client & strategic partner relationships, with hands-on experience in end-to-end commercial and P&L operation.

5. Maintain regular and transparent communication with the Division President, efficiently coordinate global cross-regional resources, and ensure high alignment between local business operations and global corporate strategies.

6. Strictly comply with Chinese local laws, regulations and industrial standards, comprehensively mitigate various operational risks, and safeguard the company's brand reputation and long-term sustainable development in China.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.

2. With around 20 years of comprehensive management work experience (candidates with more than 30 years of work experience are not suitable), we target young and high-potential talents with strong growth potential.

3. Possess solid manufacturing or technical background in metal material industry, with outstanding operational management capabilities; must have comprehensive experience covering commercial business and full P&L management, proven track record of integrating operation and commercial business to drive business performance.

4. Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin, capable of effective collaboration with global headquarters teams.

5. Outstanding strategic planning, decision-making and execution capabilities, with a proven record of driving regional business growth and team performance improvement.

6. Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, excellent cross-departmental coordination and resource integration skills.

7. Prefer candidates with Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang regional cultural background; candidates from extreme northern regions of China will not be considered.
