China Treasury Assistant Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 JOB PURPOSE: A dedicated role to support TMICC China end-to-end Treasury process including comprehensive Bank Management, continuous improvement of cash utilization and investment, liquidity management and drive various Treasury projects with country / global key stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Bank Management

• Support bank routine operation including but not limited to bank account maintenance, bank guarantee, payment, ongoing KYC requirements requested and audit by the firm
• Bank relationship management
• E-wallet platform management Cash Utilization & Investment
• Monthly cash forecast to support cash management
• Concern loan and cash pool management
• Dividends transaction and timely pay-out
• Facilitate cross-border cash pooling and Taicang legal entity set up
• Explore FX management plan

Key supporter for treasury projects

• Work closely with business units and banks to explore and landing proper financial related program, e.g. Forex Hedging, Supplier / Distributor financing program, etc.
• Closely work with global treasury, tax and GL to ensure all the proposals and process are well communicated and with compliance.
• Successful implementation of new TMICC treasury and source to pay process in Day 2 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Skills

• Solid accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial market
• Strong communication skills at both Chinese and English EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• Work or internship experience in corporate treasury or bank is preferred
• Work experience not less than 5 years LEADERSHIP
• Patient and Careful
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure
• Has a passion to growth in corporate treasury
• High level of integrity
