About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef to join our Café & Restaurant team in Dhanbad. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and be able to prepare noodles, fried rice, starters, gravies and fast-food items with consistent taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, starters and gravies.
• Prepare Chinese fast-food items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
• Ensure proper preparation and handling of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage food preparation efficiently during peak hours.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Control food wastage and maintain proper ingredient usage.

Required Skills & Experience :-

• Previous experience as a Chinese Chef in a restaurant, café or hotel is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Experience with noodles, fried rice, starters, gravies and fast-food items.
• Ability to maintain consistent taste and presentation.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Good teamwork, discipline and communication skills.
