• Kitchen Management: Monitor food costs, manage stock levels, and minimize kitchen waste.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean work station and follow strict food safety and sanitation rules.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 10 years of professional experience in Chinese or Pan-Asian culinary operations.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knife handling and high-volume Wok station expertise.
• Certifications: Food safety or hygiene certification (such as ServSafe or equivalent local standards).
