Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef who can prepare high-quality Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes while maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes, including noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli paneer, chilli chicken, soups, and starters.
• Handle wok cooking, frying, sautéing, and sauce preparation.
• Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Manage food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen operations.
• Ensure timely preparation of orders during busy service hours.
• Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and food costs.
• Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate ingredient requirements.
• Train and supervise Chinese kitchen helpers.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion-control guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in Chinese/Indo-Chinese cuisine.
• Experience working in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or catering kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of wok cooking and Chinese sauces.
• Ability to manage high-volume orders.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
