Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef who can prepare authentic Chinese dishes and maintain food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, and other Chinese cuisines.
• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
• Manage ingredients, food preparation, and kitchen inventory.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chinese Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or villa.
• Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
