Commis I – Chinese Chef

Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes while maintaining food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, soups, stir-fried dishes, and sauces.
• Complete daily mise en place and prepare ingredients as per kitchen requirements.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Assist senior chefs during food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Work effectively as part of the Chinese kitchen team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
