What they need
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to approved recipes and standards
- Prepare stir-fried, steamed, braised, fried, noodle, rice, soup, and vegetable dishes
- Operate wok and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades, and seasonings
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes
- Monitor food supplies and properly store ingredients to minimize waste
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and work area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in menu preparation and recommend Chinese dishes when needed
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and serving of meals
Pay: Php10,708.80 - Php18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
