Chinese course - Educational Consultant (เซลล์สาขาเมกะบางนา)

Responsibilities :

• Meet monthly sales, renewal, and referral targets as set by Company
• Ensure all KPIs are met that related to Sales, Student support and Student success
• Manage your daily KPIs such as phone calls, sales presentation, and student appointment, etc.
• Record the performance in the company system regarding the sales daily activities and sales process
• Provide Support to Students in Centre, deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s satisfaction

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in any field or below bachelor degree with sales experiences
• At least more than 1 year of proven Sales Experience
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting targets
• Excellent communication, observation presentation and Time management skills
• Positive and enthusiastic and full of energy by nature
• Self-confident with good cold calling skills

Work Location :

• Mega Bangna (Let's Mandarin Language School)

Other benefits :

• Base Salary THB 20,000 - 25,000
• Commission 2-5% (no limit)

Working hour :

ลักษณะงาน:

• หากลุ่มนักเรียนใหม่และปิดการขายจากช่องทางwalk-in และ tele sales
• ดูแลรักษานักเรียนเก่าเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและทำยอดขายให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดไว้
• ดูแลให้คำปรึกษาและติดตามนักเรียนที่รับผิดชอบให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเรียนที่กำหนดไว้(มีการอบรมงานขายให้กับพนักงาน

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าทุกสาขา
• หากมีประสบการณ์งานขายจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทัศนคติที่ดีและพร้อมเรียนรู้หาประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย
• เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการหารายได้ไม่จำกัด

เงินเดือน & สวัสดิการ :

• ฐานเงินเดือน 20,000 - 25,000
• คอมมิชชั่น 2-5% ไม่จำกัด
