Chinese Game Support (Part-Time)

• Natural Simplified Chinese writing is a must

Deployment: 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Salary Rate: Up to P600 per hour, 2 hours per day.

AllyOps is looking for a Mmandarin speaker who is proficient in reading and writing simplified Chinese (traditional Chinese is a plus) to provide support for an indie video game.

You will be responsible for answering incoming tickets and chats, respond to game reviews, and interact with the community on Steam forums. Natural written communication is a must as this role also involves community management and engagement.

Hybrid Work Setup: For Cebu candidates, we request that you work in the office once per week to coordinate with the team on the project.

Expectations:

• Natural, accurate Simplified Chinese writing skills are mandatory
• Traditional Chinese writing skills are a plus
• Assist the client in other tasks related to their support operations.
• All written and spoken communication in Mandarin and English requires a high level of professionalism
• Empathy and patience are critical
• Observe current practices and provide improvements to processes
• Flexibility in scheduling - daytime or nighttime shifts
• Willingness to move to new projects and adapt to changing workflows

Qualifications

• Excellent written Simplified Chinese writing skills
• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Fluency and neutral accent required for this position.
• Good computer skills
• Experience in ticket support customer services projects preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Capable of working with teammates or independently
• Attention to detail and desire to learn

Work From Home Qualifications - Agents who wish to work from home in our hybrid working arrangement must meet our project requirements and be validated by management as fit to work from home. Agents must have:

• Private working space with no external noise that can be heard during calls - traffic, neighborhood noise, roosters or other animals.
• Minimum 100mbps high-speed internet
• Personal computer with minimum system requirements
